    Can Acupuncture Treat Menopause Symptoms?

    • Jia wei xiao yao wan/free and effortless wanderer: For hot flashe including symptoms such as, higher anxiety, red eyes,irritability, headaches, and stomach upset.
    • Tian wan bu xin dan/celestial emperor’: Taken for symptoms like sleeplessness, anxiety, irritability, and thirst. Fill tub with warm to hot water. Get in the water for at least 3 minutes before adding the oils. Add oils, swish around the bathtub. Soak for 20 minutes or more with low lights/candles, relaxing music and inhale deeply. Add the water and essential oils into a spray bottle and shake. Spritz yourself if you feel a hot flash coming. Keep refrigerated if possible. Shake well before using. In a small glass jar add the oils. Add 5 drops of the essential oil mix to the water. Soak a cloth in the water and apply to areas of your body such as face, neck, chest or where you like to assist you cool down the hot flashes.
