How To Get Rid Of My Migraine Headaches?

Gluten Intolerance

Here’s a brief story about my migraine headaches and how they came to be. I also share what helped me get rid of them after seven years. They were discovered around the age of 25. They would put me to sleep for between 1 and 2 hours, then suddenly start. They would then stop and I would feel better. They didn’t happen very often, about once every 3-4 months. After 7 years of suffering, they started to occur more often.

Laten we eens kijken...

I have not had a headache in 10 years. This is a significant improvement. This advice is not intended to be a diagnosis. Perhaps someone reading this will find the ideas useful and worth trying. The solution came to me by accident. I tried removing certain foods from my diet and wanted to see how it affected my health. I was trying to improve my skin and digestion.

I have suffered from minor rashes for almost 20 years. This is due to my inability or inability to eat certain foods. I also have chronic diarrhea, which has made it difficult to absorb nutrients. Both of these conditions are something my father has also had, so I assumed that it was something I would never be able change.

Allergy

Aside from being allergic, I have been suffering from it since the age of 12. Since I was 12, I have had fewer hay every spring, once everything starts to bloom. I have always tried to relieve those symptoms myself without the use artificial human-made drugs and chemicals. I avoid taking any medication or supplements whenever possible. Instead, I have made changes to my diet and taken notes about how I feel or react to food.

I have often only eaten 2 to 3 foods at a time in order to increase my chances of getting reliable information. Over the years, I have gained a greater understanding of how certain foods affect my energy levels, digestion, and symptoms of food intolerance or allergy.

Food Intolerance

Because of my food intolerance, I ate a lot of white bread. It seemed to be the best choice for me as it would give me the least skin rashes and eczema and also provide the most satisfying feeling of fullness. I knew that gluten-free people often feel better after removing them from their diets. It took me nearly 10 years to realize that I loved the crisp taste and crisp smells of fresh white bread.

White bread was something I enjoyed for years. It seemed to be one of few foods that didn’t cause skin problems. I didn’t know that I was slowly causing my body damage in other ways. In my teens, I had stopped eating dairy products as they would cause me the most discomfort and symptoms. For a long time, white bread with gluten was my main meal.

Gluten

A little less than one year ago, I decided to completely eliminate gluten. Three months later, I noticed significant improvements in my skin, knee arthritis and digestion. After 10 months, the only times I have had milder headache symptoms was when I visited someone and accepted their offer to eat gluten-containing foods.

I experienced mild headaches within 24 hours of eating gluten-containing foods both times. This made me more aware of the effects gluten has on my body. Sometimes I miss white bread every once in a while.

Laatste tip

It is easier to find satiation from other food sources once I have forgotten the horrible headaches I used to have. I have replaced white bread with more fresh vegetables and fruits, and instead substituted white bread for it. This doesn’t give me headaches and has a healing effect on my skin, digestion, and other minor conditions that I have developed over the years. It is most likely related to my gluten-intolerance.
