    Remember

What a lot of folks don’t realize is that all this is tied to the body’s own super-antioxidant, within EVERY CELL, called Glutathione, the foundation of our immune system. Your degree of Glutathione (GSH) is vital! Everyone begins losing GSH from age 20 at a rate of 10-12percent per decade. Then, once we age, our level is so low, we are vulnerable to disease! To find out more on Glutathione, including how to increase it, click on the FREE site below. After studying all that vitamins do, you probably realize how important it is to receive at least the Minimum Daily Requirement (MDR). With pesticides, processing, and time from field to home, the fruits and vegetables we buy aren’t anywhere near as healthy as those used by the Blue Zone natives. So, to help us live as long as they do, make it a habit every day to take a 100 percent MDR vitamin & mineral pill.
