    How To Avoid Weight Gain In Menopause?

    I wrote several months back about gaining weight and melancholy. After going through several blood tests and saliva tests my doctor let me correct some vitamins and nutrients I was missing. I also took out lots of foods in my diet which were giving me some strange symptoms. We have all heard it in the past to take away the white bread and white sugar.

    No nutritional value

    Well after being away of these for eight months now I’m feeling great and I’ve got a great deal of energy. I am not saying that carrying out those items of diet will be simple. I was a massive sweet eater but now I do not miss it. I also keep away from white rice and a range of other items. I really do miss sushi. I understand they make it with brown rice when I asked about the ingredients some areas do include in sugar or corn syrup and I keep away from these products. I’ve spoken to quite a few female friends and when I tell them what I eat they say well I’d miss those things too much.

    My question to them is how poor are you feeling? I discovered that by staying away from these foods and some of the foods that I have allergies to I did not understand how bad I was feeling. Most of the posts that I do read from the organizations that I belong to the nourishment sections do state to steer clear of the whites and other food items like processed foods. I guess you really don’t understand how you’re feeling until you steer clear of certain foods. I really do need to tell you that I did take off 10 pounds without even trying.

    When you cut out the sugar and bread you do take away plenty of your junk foods like bread, pasta,  (I eat brown rice pasta) chips, and sweets like all cakes, biscuits, oh and do not forget my (was) favorite margaritas. At this point and time I’m enjoying the decrease in headaches, stomach bloating, cramps and fatigue Oh do not forget the mood swings and hot flashes. You don’t have to be menopausal to take away the flour, sugar and processed foods.

    Conclusion

    Start today and give it a month. Anyone can do anything for thirty days. You only need to put your mind to just do it. Once you’re feeling better ask yourself is it worth going back to eating the way you did? It’s a mind-set. You need to put your mind to what do you really need to carry out? I guess I was tired of being tired. Additionally, I found that doing my brief isometric exercise routine in the mornings does help me emotionally because then I do not need to consider it later in the day.
