How To Control Yourself During Menopause?

Wow, wow, wow. Did this terrific mind get this, or what? By now you understand your energy, feelings and beliefs will keep you healthy, or make you really ill. You also know that you do have to deal with your problems with your menopause symptoms. They can and will wear you down if you decide to ignore them.

    Be aware

Being well requires change and diligence. If you resist the changes happening around you, or resist the change on your own, personally, you’ll get sick. The immunity alone can virtually bring about illness because you’re stuck, and this chronic psychological pattern may result in a immune immune system and so, disease. Change the regions of your life which are crying out for it. This includes diet, nutrition, psychological work and physical exercise. Learn how to feel your feelings, and let them go. Try to look forward rather than back. Move your body, walk it, stretch it, strengthen it. Your body is in fact the best friend you’ve got. It truly “has your back”.

    Nutritional factor

Look again at what you’re eating. Don’t just put in your mouth; think about what is good for you, for your energy, for your wellbeing. Find ways to give, rather than take. Seriously, this isn’t about you, all the time. Look at somebody else, could you walk in their shoes, and cope with what they’re dealing with? It’s called humanity for a reason. Perform daily acts of kindness.

My father always said to do at least 3 good deeds each day. Hold open the door for someone at the Post Office; allow a car merge into your lane before you. Tell a salesperson that they have beautiful eyes.

What Age Do Women Begin With Menopause?

    Mental health

Change your thinking from negative to positive. Just by this simple change in attitude you’ll feel much better. Remember, if you really, truly want something great for you, and for you to talk about, the Universe will provide it if you ask. Connect with the Great Spirit daily. With thanks, with a terrific positive attitude, knowing you’re loved. Breathe deeply, frequently. Those brief, shallow, stress filled breaths wear a body. Learn to laugh again. The best laugh of all is usually towards yourself. My giggle comes in the back row of Zumba, when I’m trying to pick up new dance steps, and wind up going the opposite of everybody else in the line.

Do something on your own, with out guilt. Learn rewards that don’t involve foods. Or maybe rewards which do involve food with very, very conscious dining, and appreciation for what’s being served. Don’t take yourself so seriously. People who actually do think of these”as all that” usually wind up being the butt of a joke anyhow. It’s so much for fun to be laughing at and with yourself.

Take the time to enjoy the simple little things in your life. A study has shown if you learn to do so, and take some opportunity to learn how to spot these simple pleasures, when you encounter them for the joy of what you’re, it really, really does make you feel happier. Stop, look around, and watch the wonders and miracles surrounding you. Look and rejoice in their miracle. Heal yourself with relaxing and breathing time.

      How to live with Menopause?

    Meditation

Meditation is a powerful tool in treating hormonal imbalance. Sit quietly outside and take in the beauties of nature. Take in deep breaths. Focus in on one natural thing, like a tree or flower. Reflect on this thing and take deep breaths, feel its energy. Try to reflect on this thing of beauty and unwind. Breathe out 1.2.3.4.5. Take the time you will need to get your shoulders lowered down and out of your ears. Take the time you will need to unclench your teeth and relax your body. Find a quiet area. Sit or lie. Choose a relaxing word, sound or prayer. Repeat it out loud or silently. Close your eyes and begin with your feet.

Relax the muscles in your feet, your feet, ankles, calves, thighs, abdomen, arms shoulders, neck and head. When you think that you’re finished, sit there a moment more and reflect on how you’re feeling. As your day goes by, and your shoulders are now back up on your ears, reflect back to this relaxed state. Calm down, relax everything again. Take some deep breaths, and then move forward into your next endeavor. It’s all about the journey. It’s all about living our own life. Take the time for you now.
