March 8 is International Women’s Day and suddenly all of the world’s attention is in it. The planet celebrates women with this day- the amazing female species whose hearts are tugged in plenty of common places but are usually filled up with love.

She, whose smiles can melt a heart or with an individual touch heal an aching wound; She, with that heart of hers, prepared to give anytime for a kid she bore away; She, who loves the silly nothings of love unconditionally-; She, who manages a plant in unbelievable ways; She who remembers occasions- birthdays, anniversaries or any important dates; She, who counts her joyful days, thinks of days past, picks memories and treasures them; She, whose tears trickle with emotions even yet in ordinary places always; She, whose heart even is out for a stranger in the pub or whose voice can calm a lost child.
The global world celebrates her- the girl whose presence makes so much sense in this place. And it discusses her ambitions and dreams. For a noticeable change, her issues and concerns are essential, things which barely steal the limelight other days plus they discuss her amazing ways, the way the world will require her. They think about her, day perhaps many of them are even researching to make her. Well, you can make her smile if you ask me because she cares even for the easy and sometimes silly things in life.
She’s got this heart that melts easy when confronted with circumstances. And she’ll forget a sort gesture never. You know there’s space for most small details in her always. You can find days you understand she’ll be there for you personally just.

But she actually is fragile; often an emotional fool who takes petty silly things seriously as others may think but she cares deeply for the outmost things. She’ll laugh or cry easily and she’ll even enter your skin of other’s problems and heartaches but she knows just how it feels to be hurt or broken. Yes, she actually is the amazing kind and all of the seeming silly things find their worth in her presence. Which is why the world’s a nicer place because without her, things would be the same never. However the global world forgets that the majority of times her smiles are stained with pain.

Why do she actually is thought by them not capable of being truly a leader? Where may be the equality?
